I believe everyone was created to be creative. I want to help others to find their own voice in the creative process. Some may sing, dance, run, build, I paint and teach. What ever your voice maybe I love to encourage and help you to find it.

Purpose: That is what ArtSpaz is all about. I have always been very creative and have a very active imagination. Through the years my creativity has manifested its self in many different ways. To BE an artist is not simply creating beautiful artwork so you can make a living; no that’s a job to me. For me to be an artist means I am co creating with my creator. I am in a different place as I work with my spirit to create things that will touch the hearts and lives of others. Through a painting, lesson or a workshop; this is the purpose. My desire is to help others find this connection and walk in it. We are created in the likeness and image of the creator. His first recorded act was to create the universe! So therefore we are creators! Lets all find our own creative path together.

I have been painting, drawing and creating all my life. I recently left a full time teaching job in Sisters, OR to pursue my art full time. I enjoy COLOR and texture in my work. Many of my paintings are inspired by nature, songs, scripture or my own creative visions that are given to me by the creator. I love the process, experimenting with marks, collage, texture and color. I love the playfulness and spontaneity of abstract work and expression. My art and teaching style are very playful, open and spontaneous. If you have comments or questions please reach out! Enjoy looking at ArtSpaz and what it has to offer. I hope someday one of my acrylic paintings will find a new home in your heart!

Having some art fun in my community of Bend, OR.
