Creating art can be an empowering experience, as it allows individuals to take control of their emotions and experiences. By creating something meaningful, individuals may feel a sense of accomplishment and pride in their work. I can’t tell you how many times I have witnessed this! My favorite things to hear are, “I did it! I tried my best and I love it. I am really good at mixing colors. I am going to hang this on my wall”. When we create for the purpose of expressing ourselves, there are never any wrong answers!
